The Toyota RVX-08 was a V8 2.4L naturally-aspirated Formula One engine manufactured by Toyota in 2008. In addition to being used by the works team in the Toyota TF108, Toyota also supplied the engine to Williams for the FW30.
A major change to the engine when the introduction of a standardized Engine Control Unit by Microsoft, as mandated by the FIA to prevent the use of traction control and engine-assisted braking.
