The Toro Rosso STR9 was a car produced by Toro Rosso for the 2014 season. It was powered by the Renault Energy F1-2014 engine. It was launched on 27 January 2014 in Jerez and was driven by Jean-Éric Vergne and Daniil Kvyat.

Both Vergne and Kvyat finished in the points at the Australian Grand Prix, in 8th and 9th respectively. However, Kvyat became the youngest driver to score points in his first race at the age of 19 years and 324 days, breaking Sebastian Vettel's record set back in the 2007 United States Grand Prix, until it was succeeded by Max Verstappen in 2015.

At the end of the season, Vergne would not stay in the team for another season, and Kvyat was promoted to senior team Red Bull.

Toro Rosso finished their season in 7th in the Constructors' Championship with 30 points and a 125-point gap to sixth-placed Force India.
