Anton "Toni" Ulmen (born 25 January 1906 and died 4 November 1976) was a German motorcycle and racing driver who raced in numerous Formula 2, sports cars and motorcycle events during the late 1940s. In 1952 he participated in the Swiss and German Grands Prix in a privateered Veritas. He scored no championship points in his career.
He began his racing career with motorcycles in 1925, winning a couple of major races. After World War II, he turned his attention to car races, starting with sports cars. In 1947, he was declared the best German sports car driver of the year. He won multiple sports car races throughout his career.
After briefly racing in Formula One and Formula Two, he retired from motorsport, although he did return to sports cars in 1953, finishing 3rd in the 24 Hours of Spa.
