Tom Belsø (born 27 August 1942 in Copenhagen, Denmark – died 11 January 2020 in Rushden, Northamptonshire, England, United Kingdom) was a Danish racing driver who completed in Formula One in the mid-1970s for Frank Williams Racing Cars when the team was known as Iso-Marlboro and Wolf-Williams. He was the first driver from Denmark to race in F1.

He entered his first F1 race at the 1973 Swedish Grand Prix, but did not start the race due to a lack of sponsorship money. He managed to achieve a pair of starts in 1974, finishing in eighth place at the Swedish Grand Prix. His final race entry was at the 1976 Swedish Grand Prix, with the team under the Walter Wolf Racing name, but Belsø did not take part in any sessions.

After F1, he embarked on a series of business ventures. He died in 2020 of stomach cancer.
