Sam Bird is a Formula One driver currently testing for Mercedes Grand Prix. Bird was signed for the Mercedes team after performing well at the 2010 Young Drivers' Test in Abu Dhabi. To date, Bird has not taken part in any Grand Prix event, but has undertaken testing for Mercedes outside of the Formula One Season.
