Sakon Yamamoto (山本 左近 in Japanese) is a former Japanese Formula One driver who competed with the Super Aguri, Spyker and HRT teams from 2006 to 2010. Aside from these drives he has also been a test driver for the Jordan, Renault and Virgin teams.
