Sébastien Loeb (LOWB; born 26 February 1974 in Haguenau, is a French racing driver who tested a Renault Formula One car in December 2007, and then tested a Red Bull in 2008. He was expected to drive for Toro Rosso in late 2009 and 2010, but failed to obtain an FIA Super Licence and did not race.
Outside of F1, he is a nine-time World Rally Champion (from 2004 to 2012) and in 2014 will make his début in the World Touring Car Championship.
