Roger Searle Penske (born February 20, 1937 in Shaker Heights, Ohio, USA) is a IndyCar and NASCAR team owner, and former Formula One racing driver who competed in two United States Grands Prix in 1961 and 1962 in privately entered Cooper and Lotus cars. He was also a constructor and team owner in Formula One in the mid to late 1970s.
