Roger Loyer (born 5 August 1907 and died 24 March 1988) was a French motorcycle racer and racing driver. He participated in various non-championship Formula One races in 1947 and 1948. He raced in the 1954 Argentine Grand Prix with the Gordini works team, but his car ran out of oil.

Before racing cars, he had a career motorcycle racing. He won the 1937 250cc French motorcycle Grand Prix and the 1938 350cc French motorcycle Grand Prix.
