Robert Wickens is a racing driver that competed in one testing session for Virgin in the 2011 Abu Dhabi Grand Prix. He also drove in the 2011 Young Driver Test where he drove for Renault as well as Virgin.
From 2011 until 2013, Wickens was the only North American driver to hold a valid Super Licence, although he joined the Mercedes Young Driver Programme in the DTM in 2012.
