Ray Knepper (born 22 February 1920 and died 15 February 2000) was an American racing driver who raced primarily on dirt tracks in the United States. In 1951, he tried to qualify for the Indianapolis 500, but did not manage to do so.
Knepper began racing before World War II. Like many people at the time, Knepper served in the US military during the war. He was captured as a prisoner of war in Germany after his B-17 bomber was shot down.
