Pierluigi Martini (born April 23, 1961 in Lugo, Italy) is an Italian former F1 driver, the second-most experienced driver never to finish on the podium in F1, in a career spanning 10 seasons, which he spent the majority of at Minardi, where set a lot of records for the Italian outfit; he scored their first points, and is the only person to start on the front row and lead a lap for the team.

His record of 118 starts without a podium was overtaken by Adrian Sutil at the 2014 German Grand Prix.
