Philip Fotheringham-Parker (born 22 September 1907 and died 15 October 1981) was a British racing driver who participated in the 1951 British Grand Prix. He also participated in 12 non-championship races between 1948 and 1952, as well as the 24 Hours of Le Mans in 1953 and Monte Carlo Rally the following year.
