Paul Emery (born 12 November 1916 and died 3 February 1993) was a British Formula One driver and car builder. He built various 500cc Formula 3 cars under the name Emeryson for himself to drive. He also participated in two rounds in the 1956 and 1958 Formula One seasons.

His Formula One was debut was at the 1956 British Grand Prix using one of his own cars. His race lasted just 12 laps before a mechanical issue forced him to retire. He returned to Formula One to drive a Connaught for Bernie Ecclestone at the 1958 Monaco Grand Prix, but failed to qualify.

He also entered the 1958 Moroccan Grand Prix and 1959 Monaco Grand Prix under his own team, but the car was not available for either event, so he did not participate.

Emery continued to build cars under the name Emeryson. In 1961 and 1962, his cars were used in a few races by privateer teams. He also arranged a works entry for the 1962 British Grand Prix and Italian Grand Prix with Tony Settember driving the car.
