Norman Hall (born 14 May 1926 and died 11 March 1992) was an American racing driver who participated in the Indianapolis 500 between 1960 and 1965. His result in the 1960 Indianapolis 500, had he qualified, would have counted towards the Formula One championship.

He retired from racing in 1965 after losing a foot in a racing accident. However, he continued to work in motorsport as a team-owner until the 1980s. He also worked in the film industry as an agent and technical consultant, working on movies such as The Big Wheel.

He died of cancer in 1992.
