Ninian Sanderson (born 14 May 1925 and died 1 October 1985) was a British racing driver who participated in a variety of motor racing classes, mainly with Ecurie Ecosse. He was entered into the 1953 British Grand Prix as a substitute driver for the team, but did not participate in the event.

Sanderson began racing Formula 3 in the early 1950s. He joined Ecurie Ecosse in 1952, racing some non-championship Formula One races that year in a Cooper T20 car. The following year, he was the team's reserve driver at the British Grand Prix, but did not drive in the race.

In 1955, he made his 24 Hours of Le Mans debut in a Triumph car. The following year, he won the event with the Ecurie Ecosse and co-driver Ron Flockhart. He nearly won again the following year, settling for second behind the other Ecurie Ecosse car. He failed to finish the race again until his final 24 Hours of Le Mans in 1963, where he was first in class.

Outside of motorsport, he was an avid yachtsman, routinely racing his yachts. In 1983, he and boxer Jim Watt raised £10,500 for the oncology unit at the Glasgow Royal Infirmary. He received treatment at that very unit in the years that followed, dying of cancer in 1985.
