Néstor Jesús García Veiga (born March 27, 1945) is a Argentinian former racing driver who entered two Formula One championship races in 1975, driving a Berta-Ford Cosworth, but since his car was not available he withdrew from both of these races.

Garcia-Veiga competed in the 1973 24 Hours of Le Mans driving a Ferrari 365 GTB/4, and finished 29th overall.
