Cirillo "Nello" Pagani (born 11 October 1911 and died 19 October 2003) was an Italian motorcycle racer and Formula One driver. He raced in the 1950 Swiss Grand Prix in a Maserati that had been entered for José Froilán González, who was injured and did not participate. He also raced in 23 non-championship races between 1946 and 1953, winning the Pau Grand Prix twice.

Outside of car racing, he raced motorcycles. He won the 125cc class championship inaugural F.I.M. Road Racing World Championship Grand Prix season in 1949 and came 2nd in the 500cc class that year. He continued racing in the championship until 1955, scoring points in every event he participated in.

Later, he became the manager of MV Agusta's team.
