Morris David "Morrie" Chandler ONZM (born May 1, 1940) is a New Zealand motor sport official, who is vice president of the FIA World Motor Sport Council, as well as New Zealand's representative.

He was also a Formula One race steward, appointed in 1998. Chandler recently worked at selected Grands Prix in 2008 and 2009. [1]

Chandler took over as president of the WRC Commission in 2006, not long after the death of Shekhar Mehta, and served as Clerk of the Course at Rally New Zealand.[2]

In the 2008 German Grand Prix, his first race as an FIA-appointed steward, he worked alongside fellow FIA appointee Derek Ledger and Local/ASN appointee Detlef Kramp.[1]
