Morocco is a country on the northwest coast of Africa, roughly the same size as Sweden. It is bordered by Algeria, Atlantic Ocean and Mediterranean Sea. At one point it comes with 15 km of the Iberian Peninsula, and Spain has two exclave cities on the Mediterranean coast of Morocco. It has the second largest non-oil GDP in the Arab world.

The Moroccan Grand Prix was held several times on a street circuit at Ain-Diab, a suburb of Casablanca. The race had world championship status once, in 1958. There have been no races there since then.
