Mike Oliver (born 13 February 1921 and died 15 July 2020) was a British car designer and racing driver. He was a co-founder of Connaught Engineering in the 1950s. He was heavily involved in engine design for the team. He also participated in some non-championship Grand Prix for the team.

Oliver first met Rodney Clarke when he purchased a Bugatti car to use in some racing events. The two later founded Connaught Engineering, which would produce a variety of racing cars for sports cars and formulae racing. Although Connaught used engines from Lea-Francis, they were heavily modified by Oliver.

In 1950, the Connaught Type A Formula Two car was produced. The car ran in events for many years. In 1952, Oliver was one of three Connaught cars to compete in the 1952 Newcastle Journal Trophy at Charterhall, overtaking Stirling Moss on the final lap to complete a 1-2-3 finish for Connaught.

Oliver also raced in the non-championship Redex Trophy in 1955 and International Trophy in 1956 using the team's Type B chassis with an Alta engine. He was entered into the 1956 British Grand Prix in a fourth car, but did not participate in the event.

After Connaught disbanded, he returned to being a full-time pilot.
