Spyker MF1 Racing

Midland F1 Team was a Russian owned Formula One team that competed in the 2006 season after the purchase of Jordan Grand Prix. The team only competed for one season, and was sold to Spyker for the 2007 season, who were themselves bought by Force India in 2008. Midland were the first Russian team to compete in Formula One.

Just before the 2006 Italian Grand Prix, the team was sold to Spyker Cars, the team raced in its last three Grands Prix under the official name Spyker MF1 Racing.
