The Mercedes MGP W02 was a Formula One racing car designed and built by Mercedes Grand Prix for the 2011 Formula One season. It was unveiled on 1st February 2011 at the Circuit Ricardo Tormo in Valencia, Spain.

It was also used in the 2012 Jerez Test, as the W03 was not ready.

Mercedes could not achieve a single podium finish throughout the season, but Schumacher managed to finish 4th at the 2011 Canadian Grand Prix.
