Max Rufus Mosley (born April 13, 1940) was the president of the Fédération Internationale de l'Automobile from 1993 until 2009, preceded by Jean-Marie Balestre and succeeded by Jean Todt. He was the second Briton to hold the role, the first being Wilfrid Andrews.

Beforehand, he was a former driver, who participated in one non-championship race; the 1969 Grand Prix de Madrid in a non-works Lotus. He retired on lap 14 with a mechanical problem.
