Massimo Natili (born 28 July and died 19 September 2017) was an Italian racing driver who participated in the 1961 British Grand Prix with Scuderia Centro Sud, but his car suffered a gearbox issue on the opening lap of the race. He also participated in other non-championship races in 1961 in Italy and Britain.
He entered into the 1961 Italian Grand Prix, but withdrew from the race to give his teammate Renato Pirocchi the car. He failed to finish any of his non-championship races.
In addition to racing in Formula One, he also participated in Formula Junior and Formula 3. In 1962, he was rescued by a spectator after a fiery crash at the Autodromo Nazionale Monza.
