Marvin Pifer (born 13 March 1928 and died 4 May 1974) was an American racing driver who participated in a variety of races in the United States. He entered the 1956 Indianapolis 500, but failed to qualify.

He began racing in 1946 under his brother's name because he was still underage at the time.

In 1963, he was diagnosed with Multiple Sclerosis, which left him confined to a wheelchair by 1968. He died of a heart attack as a result of his disease in 1974 at the age of 46.
