Ludwig Fischer (born 17 December 1915 and died 8 March 1991) was a German racing driver who participated primarily in Formula Two, although he also raced in hillclimbs and Formula Junior. He qualified for the 1952 German Grand Prix, which was run using Formula Two rules, in a privately entered AFM. He did not start the race. He also participated in multiple non-championship events.
