Lucien Bianchi (bee-AN -key ; born as Luciano Bianchi , on November 10 , 1934 in Milan, Lombardy, Italy – died March 30 , 1969 at the Circuit de la Sarthe , Le Mans, Sarthe, Pays de la Loire, France) was a Belgian racing driver who drove in Formula One .
Bianchi was killed while testing an Alfa Romeo T33 prototype for the 24 Hours of Le Mans. He is the granduncle of Jules Bianchi , who drove for Marussia until his own death after suffering injuries at the 2014 Japanese Grand Prix , aged 25.
