William Kenneth Richardson (born 21 August 1911 and died 27 June 1997) was a British racing driver and engineer who worked for British Racing Motors in the early 1950s. He qualified 10th at the 1951 Italian Grand Prix, but was not allowed to start due to the lack of a racing license.

He began working with BRM first as an engineer before being made the team's main development driver for their V16 engine project. As part of his test driving programme, BRM entered him into the Italian Grand Prix in 1951. Despite qualifying 10th, he did not have a racing license and could not obtain one due to his lack of experience. Thus he was not allowed to take the starting grid.

Despite this set back, he continued racing in sports cars and endurance racing.
