Joe Giba (born 3 September 1909 and died 1 October 1986) was an American racing driver who participated in midget and sprint car races in the United States. He entered the 1958 Indianapolis 500, but failed to qualify.

He began racing hillclimb events in the late 1920s. His racing career spanned more than 30 years, ranging from midget cars, sprint cars, hillclimbs and even motorcycles. He retired from driving in the 1960s.

After his retirement, he continued to build midget and sprint cars. He was also an engine builder.
