Joachim Winkelhock (born 24 October 1960) is a retired German racecar driver. While he is most well known for participating in various touring car championships and DTM, he also briefly attempted to race in Formula One in 1989 with AGS, although he failed to pre-qualify for any races.

He is the younger brother of Manfred Winkelhock, who participated in Formula One in the early 1980s. He is also the uncle of Markus Winkelhock, who was a reserve driver for Midland in 2006 and raced in a single race for Spyker the following year.
