Johannes Leonardus "Jan" Flinterman (born 2 October 1919 and died 26 December 1992) was a Dutch Formula One driver who participated in the 1952 Dutch Grand Prix. Together with Dries van der Lof, he was the first Dutch driver to compete in the F1 championship.

He qualified 15th on the grid in his first and only Formula One race. His car suffered a mechanical failure early in the race, but he took over Chico Landi's car at the halfway point of the race, finishing 9th.
