Jacques-Joseph Villeneuve (JACK VILL-neuve; born 4 November 1953 in Saint-Jean-sur-Richelieu, Montérégie, Quebec, Canada), commonly known as Jacques Villeneuve, Sr. is a Canadian racing driver who made three entries (all non-qualifications) in Formula One in the early 1980s. He is the younger brother of Gilles Villeneuve and the uncle of 1997 champion Jacques Villeneuve.
He raced snowmobiles until 2014, although intermittently after 2008 due to a series of heavy crashes. He has put his racing career on hold in 2014 as he fights stomach cancer.
In 1981 he failed to qualify at both Canada and the U.S., and in Canada again in 1983.
