Harry Cutler Blanchard was a driver from the United States, who competed in one Formula 1 race. That race was the 1959 United States Grand Prix at Sebring, where he raced his privately entered Porsche to 7th place.

Less than two months later, Blanchard was killed during the 1,000 km de Buenos Aires.
