Guy Mairesse (born 10 August 1910 and died 24 April 1954) was a French Formula One driver who participated in three Grand Prix between 1950 and 1951 in a privately entered Talbot-Lago car. He scored no championship points.

Mairesse owned a transportation company, which he had founded after the first World War. He became interested in motorsport in 1946 thanks to his friendship with French Le Mans driver Paul Vallée. He entered and won the Lyon-Charbonnières Rally in 1947, purchasing a car from Vallée the following year.

In 1949, he joined Ecurie France, which was owned by Vallée. He drove a Talbot-Lago and finished in fourth place at the Pau Grand Prix and fifth at the Circuit d'Albi that year. The following year, he finished second overall in the 24 Hours of Le Mans with co-driver Pierre Meyrat in the single-seater Talbot-Lago T26.

At the end of the year, Vallée closed his team. Mairesse purchased the T26 as well as a T26C from Vallée and began entering in Formula One, debuting at the 1950 Italian Grand Prix. He qualified 11th on the grid, but suffered a mechanical failure at the halfway point of the race. He joined forces with fellow driver Yves Giraud-Cabantous the following year to enter the Swiss and French Grands Prix, finishing 14th and 9th respectively.

Mairesse scaled back his racing career at the end of the year to focus on his business. He sold his cars in 1952, making only occasional racing appearances in cars owned by other people.

In 1954, he was killed during practice for the Coupe de Paris at the Autodrome de Linas-Montlhéry.
