Gerino Gerini (born 10 August 1928 and died 17 April 2013) was an Italian Formula One driver who drove with the official Maserati team and non-works Maserati teams from 1956 and 1958. He scored points in his debut at the 1956 Argentine Grand Prix, although he had to share them with Chico Landi.
