Gastón Hugo Mazzacane (born May 8, 1975 in La Plata, Argentina) is a retired Argentine Formula One driver who competed between 2000 and 2001. As of 2014, he is the last Argentine to start a Grand Prix.

He drove for Minardi in 2000, partnering Marc Gené, and took part in the first four races of 2001 before being replaced by Luciano Burti.

His best finish was eighth in the 2000 European Grand Prix.
