Frederick G. Wacker Jr. (born 10 July 1918 and died 16 June 1998) was an American businessman and engineer who participated in six Formula One races between 1953 and 1954 with Gordini, starting half of the races. His best finish was 6th place at the 1953 Italian Grand Prix in the final race of his Formula One career.
Prior to entering Formula One, he was involved in a fatal accident at the 1952 Watkins Glen Grand Prix Course, which was a street course at the time. While avoiding a collision with fellow driver John Fitch, Wacker's car left the circuit, injuring ten spectators and killing a 7-year-old boy. The accident prompted the location to be moved to the current Watkins Glen International location.
