Firestone (Full name: Firestone Tire and Rubber Company) is an American tyre company founded by Harvey Firestone in 1900.
In 1988, the company was sold to the Japanese Bridgestone Corporation.
The company provided tyres for the Indianapolis 500 races while it was part of the World Championship.
