The Ferrari F2003-GA was a Formula One car designed by Ferrari for the 2003 Formula One Season. It was introduced part-way through the season and was driven by Michael Schumacher and Rubens Barrichello, securing both championship titles that year.

The car's design was based on its predecessor, the Ferrari F2002, but various aerodynamic advancements were made. These included new bulbous sidepods and a longer wheelbase. Prior to the start of the season, the car was renamed to the F2003-GA as a tribute to the head of Fiat, Gianni Agnelli, who had passed away from prostate cancer in late-January.

The F2002 was a dominant car in 2002, so the team felt comfortable enough to run the car for the first four rounds of the championship while development work was completed on the F2003-GA. The new car made its race debut at the Spanish Grand Prix.

The F2003-GA proved to be fast, but frequently abused the tyres. Despite creating an early lead in the championship, the car's performance dipped slightly in the mid-season due to the uncharacteristically hot summer in Europe that year. This allowed the team's rivals, namely Williams and McLaren, to catch up and put Ferrari under pressure later in the season.

However, performance improved late in the season and was enough to secure both the drivers' and constructors' championship titles. The performance improvement was in part due to tyre changes introduced by Bridgestone in response to changes made by their tyre supplier competitor Michelin.
