The Ferrari 248 F1 was a car built by Ferrari for the 2006 Formula One season. It was driven by Michael Schumacher and new Ferrari driver Felipe Massa.
The 248 F1 was a real title contender along with the Renault R26, but Schumacher lost out the Drivers' Title to Fernando Alonso and the team lost out the Constructors' Title to Renault at the final race of the season in Brazil. Ferrari finished the 2006 season with 201 points, 5 points adrift of Renault.
It was Michael Schumacher's last Ferrari car that he had driven, as he retired from Formula One at the end of the season.
