Ernesto Prinoth (April 15, 1923 in Urtijëi, Italy – November 26, 1981 in Innsbruck, Austria) was a racing driver from Italy, and founder of Prinoth AG, manufacturer of snow grooming vehicles and equipment.
He entered two Italian Grands Prix in 1961 and 1962 with a non-works Lotus but failed to qualify each time, the first failing to attend.
