Vincenzo Osella (26 August 1939-27 September 2025), known as Enzo Osella, was the founder and team principal of Osella .

He began working as a mechanic in his father's garage in the center of Turin, where a rally driver was a regular customer and hired him as a navigator.

He later became a hillclimbing driver, preparing the car himself, then worked as a mechanic and supervisor at Abarth, which he left to set up his own business. In 1971, he became a manufacturer, first of cars for hillclimb races, then also of Formula Ford single-seaters.

Later, his cars also competed in Can Am, Formula Three, and Formula Two.

From 1980 to 1990, he was the owner and team principal of Osella in Formula One, with cars he built himself, participating at 132 Grand Prix and scoring 5 points. He then sold the team and equipment to Gabriele Rumi's Fondmetal, continuing to realize cars for hillclimb races.
