Emilio de Villota Ruíz is a retired Formula One driver who drove for teams including Williams and McLaren during the late-1970s and early '80s. In his 7 years in F1, de Villota entered 15 Grands Prix, starting in two, and scoring no points.

De Villota is the father of former Marussia test driver, María de Villota and Formula 3000 driver, Emilio de Villota, Jr.
