Eitel Cantoni (born 4 October 1906 and died 6 June 1997) was a Uruguayan Formula One driver who drove a Maserati for Escuderia Bandeirantes in three rounds of the 1952 Formula One Season, as well as four non-championship races that season. His highest finish was 11th place at the 1952 Italian Grand Prix.
After Formula One, he competed in endurance races in South America.
