The Cosworth CA2006 was a V8 2.4L naturally-aspirated engine developed by Cosworth for the 2006 Formula One Season. Williams was the sole user of the engine, using it to power the Williams FW28 after their previous engine supplier BMW decided to develop a works team. Although the engine seemed to perform well at the start of the season, there were many cases of reliability issues throughout the year.

This was the only engine used in a Williams car, as the team would switch to engines from Toyota at the end of the season. Cosworth took a break from Formula One until 2010.

The engine was also supplied to Toro Rosso in 2006 for the Toro Rosso STR1, although the engine was rebadged as a Cosworth TJ2006.
