Henry Clifford "Cliff" Allison (February 8 1932 – April 7 2005) was a British driver. He entered 18 races, running in 16 of them, from 1958 to 1961. Allison earned a total of 11 championship points. He is noted as setting the fastest practice time at the 1959 German Grand Prix, but having to start at the back of the grid, because he was only a reserve driver. As a result, he was never officially credited with a pole position.
