Francisco "Chico" Serra is a retired Brazilian driver. Born on February 3 1957 in Sao Paulo, he was the 1979 British Formula Three champion. He participated in 33 Formula One races for Fittipaldi and Arrows, qualifying 18 times and scoring one career point.
He later moved back to Brazil and drove in the Brazilian stock car series, winning the championship three times.
