Charles de Tornaco (June 7 1927 - September 18 1953) was a Belgian driver. He participated in four Grands Prix, starting in two. His best finish was 7th, at the 1952 Belgian Grand Prix.

De Tornaco was practicing for the non-championship Modena Grand Prix in 1953 when he hooked a wheel on one of the high curbs at the track. The car rolled, and he suffered serious head and neck injuries. There being no medical personnel present, he died while being driven to the hospital in a private vehicle.
