Billy Garrett (born 24 April 1933 and died 15 February 1999) was an American racing driver who participated in three Indianapolis 500 races between 1956 and 1958, when the results were counted towards the Formula One championship. His best finish was in the 1956 Indianapolis 500, where he finished 16th.
He retired from racing in 1958 after sustaining career-ending injuries in the Rex Mays 100 at the Wisconsin State Fair Speedway.
